Update on the use and ownership of Paintball markers.

Since our statement on 19th January 2024 and subsequent update on 24th January 2024, we have had a lot of UKPSF members bring up certain aspects of the law. As we are not experts in firearms legislation and do not claim to be, we decided to get further advice from a firearms barrister to seek further clarification on the questions raised. We had tried to keep the advice/guidance simple, which may have left some room for interpretation. So, we are updating our advice as follows: Our core statement is still correct but for clarity will now be a little longer. The following is based on Home Office guidance and advice.  ‘Paintball Markers of any size can only be purchased by those over 18 for use in permitted activities such as skirmishing and re-enactment at a venue where suitable third-party liability insurance is in place. UKPSF Team Spotlight - Who Dares Wins


The spotlight now turns onto our first International team Who Dares Wins with squads in Chicago and Texas as well as the UK.

Paul gave us some info about the team:

We are an international Magfed team with players across the UK with squad in America. Who Dares Wins play all OMG Events and local sites across the UK. 

Who Dares Wins have faction lead many events including OMG Events, Mayhem Big Game and Superheroes Vs Villains.

We were setup to introduce players into magfed and that is still our main goal.  Our players are from all skill sets, from beginners to experienced players, some of our players have a military background and we use those skills in our training and games. We are always recruiting new players into magfed and into the team. If you are looking for a team get in touch.Who Dares Wins are recruiting magfed members across the country, we are a diverse team with members of all skill levels from all walks of life. We are looking for members willing to help grow the sport of Magfed Paintball.  Our HQ team are based in the midlands but we have members from ever corner of the country as we play OMG Events which are across the country as well as walkons at many sites.
