              Why we are publishing this BLOG and what is it all about The UK Paintball Sports Federation (UKPSF) has been working with Paintball business owners across the UK to pull together data examining the impact of Google’s advertising restrictions on the UK paintball industry.   This information has now been pulled together in a paper that we are now publishing in this blog to support our findings.  It explores how legitimate Paintball businesses have been prevented from advertising their activities through one of the UK’s most important digital marketing channels, the effect this is having on operators, participation and the wider industry, and the potential relevance of the UK’s new digital markets regulatory framework. UKPSF Team Spotlight - Spectrum Paintball Team

 

Paintball is such an inclusive sport where no matter what age, fitness level, sex or disabilities you fall into there is a place for you in Paintball. 

It was great to hear from Spectrum Paintball Team (Great Name BTW) and their connection with Autism and how they are supporting the UKPSF and players with Autism.

Captain, Benj Bear gave a bit more info about the team:

Spectrum are made up of players with Autism or have an understanding of autism. We have had lots of help getting off the ground and started. Jim from Warped and Nicky T have help out the team and we also have the help from some awesome players such as Tom Barrett and John Shelly.

We are based out of Outpost Paintball in Chester and we will be competing in the CPPS, UK Woodland Masters and other events such as North vs South in 2021. Spectrum will also be attending the next CPPS ref clinic as I want the team to grow and become a big part of the sport.

We played our first event at Warped in our new kit that we have had made by Nicky T and Anthrax and we love it. 

Every member of the team has become a supporter of the UKPSF.
